The rest of it
- Extra people are $25 a month each. Base includes three, VIP includes five. Somebody who leaves stops costing you when you switch their account off.
- 14 days free, no card. You give us a card when you decide to keep it, not before.
- Monthly, no contract. Cancel and you keep the rest of the month you have paid for.
- If a payment fails, nothing stops that day. There is a week of grace to sort a card out, because a bank declining a charge should not take your outreach down in storm season.
What the monthly allowances mean
Two things in the product cost us money every time they happen: writing an email with the AI, and looking up who to contact at a building the scraper found. Each plan includes a monthly number of both, and the app shows you where you are against it and warns you at 80%.
Go past the allowance and nothing breaks — the emails keep getting written from your own templates, and the scraper keeps finding buildings. What stops until the first of the month is the part we pay a supplier for. The numbers are set well above what a busy company uses, and they are there so that nobody gets a surprise rather than to ration the product.
